Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservations form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address and sending it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will reply within 24 hours.

Payment Policy and method:

We would require full prepayment for all services by money transfer or credit card payment.

This is because the special rate that you are getting is our agency rates, thus the reservation and payment have to be submitted to us - Not to the hotel. The advantage is - you get a cheaper price.

• Hotels and resorts reservation: full settlement should be received no later than 7 working days prior to your arrival.
• Transportation and sightseeing: full settlement should be received no later than 7 working days prior to your arrival.
• Tour packages: full settlement should be received no later than 15 working days prior to your arrival.

Full prepayment by bank transfer is required before commencement of services, with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by client.

Payment by major credit card is available for Visa and Master Card, payment at our secured online payment gateway, it's guaranteed by 'Verify by Visa', Bank of Asia.

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

Cancellations & Refunds policy:

Cancellation policy for hotels and resorts reservation

After hotels/resorts reservation are confirmed with payment received. The following scale of charges will be payable depending when the notification of cancellation is received. This is general policy except peak season and/or otherwise stated.

• If notification of cancellation is less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date and/or do not check-in. : Cancellation charge of one night per room plus bank fee 3.5% (if pay by credit card).
• If notification of cancellation is more than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date : Cancellation charge of USD10 as handling fee per room plus bank fee 3.5% (if pay by credit card).

Cancellation policy for transfer and sightseeing/excursion reservation

After transfer, sightseeing and excursion reservation are confirmed with payment received. The following scale of charges will be payable depending when the notification of cancellation is received.

• If notification of cancellation is less than 3 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date and/or do not check-in. : a cancellation fee of 50% of transfer/sightseeing cost plus bank fee 3.5% (if pay by credit card).
• If notification of cancellation is more than 3 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date : Cancellation charge of USD10 as handling fee per person plus bank fee 3.5% (if pay by credit card).

Cancellation policy for private/set departure tour packages reservation

After private or set departure tour packages are confirmed with payment received. The following cancellation policy will apply in addition to any other fees charged by relevant hotels:

• If notification of cancellation is more than 45 days prior to departure, a service fees USD50 per person will be applied
• If notification of cancellation is between 45 to 30 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 30% of the tour cost will be applied.
• If notification of cancellation is between 30 to 15 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 60% of the tour cost will be applied.
• If notification of cancellation is less than 15 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost will be applied.

Responsibility and Liability:

SaveHotels.com acts as agent for services provided by operators herein and cannot be held liable for any services provided listed brochure or any other services incidental thereto.

Further the responsibilities of air carries are limited in accordance with international agreements and tariffs. Whereas SaveHotels.com and the participating airlines and tour operators operate the land tours offered under this program only as agents of the aircraft, railroads, car rental contractors, steamship lines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors and others who provide the actual land arrangements.

We are not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss damage or nonperformance occurring in connection with these tours. The Passenger contract in use by the airline concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger.

Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, SaveHotels.com will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.

Passport and Entry Visa:

Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contract your insurance carrier for details.

SaveHotels.com strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour; including the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
